Oh Cat thats good though! You need to remember, that because you are already quite small, it will take longer for you to loose weight. smile So that is a really good number to have lost. Especially with all those lunches out I’ve been hearing about smile.

I’m almost on my way to the gym. I’m kinda off looking forward to it today. smile. I’ll probably regret saying that later LOL.

Mmm, to be honest i dont think i’ll be loosing alot, but i guess as you say-as long as i dont put anymore on. I dont want to be any more than 11stone, im 10.13&1;/4 at the moment.

I noticed a difference when i gave up work as i always used to be 10 stone 10, the lightest i remember being was 9stone10 when i did a stupid cereal diet.

I have been to the gym today but it didnt go great, i wasnt in the right frame of mind so everything was an effort!

how you feeling after the gym??

I’m feeling ok after the gym. Really tired though, I can definitely feel my muscles have been working. It was terrible on the Crosstrainer though! LOL After 2 minutes I thought...God! Another 18 minutes and almost started crying! LOL. So I stopped at 15 minutes, I was doing interval trainer though. I was going slow for a minutes on lvl 1, and then quick on lvl 6, making my heart rate go up and down. Apparently that burns more callories than if you do 1/2 an hour of steady going. smile. After that I tried the rowing machine. Oh boy, that was a mistake LMAO. My legs nearly cramped! LOL, then, I cooled down for 1 minutes on the Xtrainer again. And went and done some toning with a couple of weights.

I’m really pleased with the workout though. I must admit I do feel better after, and I just had a healthy lunch smile. whohooo. Now its just surviving the afternoon. Which is my worst time of day. Just going to have lots of water, and maybe a cup of tea/coffee and then more water smile.

And well done for going to the gym though, even if you didn’t go for long, its still an effort smile. Sometimes you just need a break though. smile.

Well, yesterday I went for my weight in to double check that the weight-loss is ‘true’. And it was smile. 3.5 pounds. i’m so pleased that it wasn’t wrong as a result of my faulty scale. Maybe its not so horrible after all LOL

I’m hoping to go to the gym today, depending on what time we get back from car hunting with the in-laws (their looking for a car), will determine if I go to the gym or not. So, I’m hoping for an early return. smile.

Hope everything is going well. smile

I think you two ladies are doing really well. Your showing a lot of determination and spirit and I think that’s great. Well done. smile

I’m not sure I could cope with a gym. I have to be carefull with the kind of excerise I do anyway because of my back. Hence the reason I tend to stick to excersise videos. After 20 minutes of areobics I look like a beef tomato. LOL

Oh Souxi, you do make me giggle. I can promise you that I look worse than you do after workout! LOL . Something that looks like a shrimp, tomato and human combined LOL.

Have you ever done Pilates? I found it definitely helped me with my back, but i find it really difficult to do exercises on the floor. My back can’t handle the hardness. feel like it will pop. So I prefer using the resistance equipment at the gym and the swiss ball also. I love the swiss ball. Its so much fun smile.

Oh well done! smile Its funny how we loose wieght when we don’t think of it hmm? LOL

I’ve changed to thursday weigh-in’s so I’ll let you all know if I have any weight loss. *fingers crossed* I do. I’ll be going to the gym today - hopefully smile. Eating wise I’m doing well though. I’m not feeling the need to pick too much. I’ve just been drinking a lot more water. Or if i feel peckish I drink water/tea/coffee.

I was in a similar situation as this.  Went to Atlantic City and a free buffet:( That taught me quick, now it’s time to redouble my efforts!

Here’s a funny vid that my job came up with(I work for a marketing company)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0rvvmGmxcI

It’s on youtube and it’s a video about working out in the kitchen.

Enjoy round 2 guys!
