What little bumps? Do you mean ingrown hairs a day or two after shaving? I would stop shaving that area for a few days up to a couple of weeks until the bumps go away. Ew, maybe, I know, but it’s winter - just make sure you wear sweaters or whatever so that nobody sees your pits if you’re uncomfortable with it.

Make sure you never use a dull razor. It’s better if you shave at the end of your shower or bath so that your follicles and skin have been softened by the warm water. Use some sort of lubricating shave lotion; I’ve heard of people using hair conditioner for shaving. I’ve tried it, for me it works fine. Shave *with* the direction of the hair - for armpits that means (in most cases, I think) going from top to bottom. Don’t press the razor into your skin too hard, try to just keep the razor running across the surface of your skin. Exfoliate your skin in the days after shaving to remove dead skin cells that could clog pores and create more bumps.

Hope that helps. smile
