My darling OH has man flu…
I know he has it because he told me every 10 minutes through the night how sick and terrible he felt..
He has had to take today off work and is laying in bed ‘trying to rest’
I have given him tea and paracetamol I made hot lemon and honey Ive turned the heating up and dimmed the lights and massaged his aching back..
But if he moans one more time!!! UUURGGG

Last week I had that strange reaction to the meds I was given but I got up at 6,30 walked the dogs cleaned the house and did the shopping then even though I couldnt face food I cooked a hot meal for him and the kids..

I challenged OH with this information and he said the bug he has is stronger than whatever I had this one is really serious!

I do love him, but they really should open a man flu ward at the hospital just so women wont get so tempted to strangle men with this ‘ bug’

Haha. Aw Cassandra, sorry you have to deal with that.

...But I pull the same stunt your OH does. Maybe with less moaning - at the most, I would send my fiance out to get me some soup or whatever, but if I’m sick I pretty much just do nothing all day and like it. I figure my body needs the rest and it’s not fair to spread my illness around at work! Right?!
