Yikes! Well, at least they let people know. I am sure in the past they wouldn’t have said anything.

We had a situation a couple of years ago… so I know how you feel…..ewwwwww ....  I didn’t trust even boiling the water so we used bottled water which became quite costly. We subsequently Installed a purification system - I really don’t trust our water here even though we were assured the water was no longer polluted.  Hope it’s sorted out soon LD.

We will get boil orders here too from time to time, and it is an inconvenience. We don’t know how lucky we are when you can just turn on a faucet for a drink of water.

I am surprised you have managed so long without it… I’d be pulling my hair out ... did you not boil the water as they recommended or buy bottled water!!!!

Well soil had gotten into the water when the pipes were being replaced and no it’s not safe yet as some samples are still failing
