I am currently a social media marketing Intern at an agency.

I have always dreamed of owning my own business, but I am a little scattered. Where do I start? Does anyone have any advice?

I’m not an expert on business, but I would advise seeing a business consultant and seeking professional advice that way. I think you also need to have a concept and an idea on how you’ll fund your business. Would you be prepared to take out an loan for instance? You may well have to with start up costs. You would also have to set up your own website to promote your brand. That is fairly easy to do. You would also have to think of how to advertise your product and brand. What about staff? Would you employ a small or large number of staff? They would also have to be paid. There are many angles to starting up your own business. You also need to consider how viable it is to the public.

I think it is possible to start up a business, so I’d draw up a plan and see a business consultant, who will have a lot more knowledge. Good luck!

If you are dissatisfied and longing for something better…ask yourself what do you love?  Life is too short to do anything less!

What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing?

These are the two things to start with.
