What’re you all doing to stay fit while pregnant? I just started up AUtumn Calabrese’s Beachbody program for pregnancy: https://www.beachbody.com/product/bod/exclusive/pregnancy-workouts-exercises.do

I’m feeling SO much more energized these last few days!

Sarah M and Anne,

Yeah to what Anne said, but at the same time how swimming as well.  For my time being I really have no whatsoever clue on whats the professionals would say regarding this.  As for me I do remember either hearing/reading/seen this being done by them.

As Jessica rightly pointed out, swimming is an excellent exercise, especially when you are pregnant, as the water supports all of your weight and takes the strain off of your joints. Some places even do special classes for pregnant women.

I agree with the swimming.

Otherwise just keep active, but not anything extreme. There is probably a lot of information about nowdays, especially online, but before my son, online access was rather more basic. Knowing some things recommended online though, in other areas, be careful.

You are right, swimming is recommended too.

I’ve always been told to stick to walking and swimming.

Pregnancy is NOT the time to go from couch potato to fitness goddess!
