With my teenage son recently sending out applications for a job to do before starting university next year, it got me thinking about whether I work better as part of a multi-disciplinary team or on my own?

I know for a fact that I can do both competently but I feel that I can accomplish more if I am just left to get on with it without interference from others.

How about YOU?

I can work with a team, but have to admit I prefer to just get on with things without people bugging me. LOL

I’m much happier working by myself. I quite like working in a team but given a choice I’d rather work a bit harder and do something on my own. Antisocial or what?!

I much prefer to work alone I would rather concentrate on getting a project finished to the best standard rather than worrying about offending my team mates.

I have chosen to work in a job where I dont have to work in a team..
I always have the problem that I find someone is not as motivated as the rest and will let the side down, I am blunt I will tell them that and it doesnt go down well so better if I work alone.

Like you, i can do both, but prefer being on my own, id love to just work from home and not have to see or bother with anyone!, so i guess im not really a team player, i just do it because i have to!
