    Responding to an email in my inbox made me marvel at the world in which we now live. I can instantaneously communicate with anyone, anywhere. In this instance, it was another woman in her late thirties, except that she lives in China. Her name is Hui Zhong, and she studied in the U.S. back in the ‘90s. She loves writing in English, and she had expressed interest a couple years ago in writing for a blog I used to write for. During that time, we started a friendship that has now actually taken me all the way to China to visit her and see the beautiful part of the country where she lives.
