  • Mission: Home Organisation and De-cluttering

    08 Apr 2009 0 comments

Just the thought of organising and de-cluttering your house makes you want to run out of town. There are so many items on your to-do list that need to get done, not to mention having to get through your daily routine, that you simply don’t have time to tackle a project of this magnitude. Understandable. However, think about this. Having an organised home leads to an organised life which leads to an overall sense of fulfillment. Think about how it makes you feel not to have your home or your life organised. • The right to defend your family

    15 Feb 2010 5 replies

How far would you be prepared to go, in order to defend your family? Two thugs, stoned out of their heads on drugs and booze, broke into this law abiding mans home, and threatened to rape his wife and kill his family. He used the only weapon he had to hand which was a Samurai sword. In doing so he nearly severed one of the thugs ears. He has been cleared of all the charges.

How far would you go to defend your family? If a knife or cricket bat was the closest thing to hand,…

  • Taking a compliment

I must admit I’m guilty of this. If, (and it’s rare) that I get a compliment, I think to myself: “are you blind? I look awful. My hair is a mess, as usual, and my skin looks dreadfull, as usual”. I then spend the next 10 minutes putting myself down and pointing out all my other faults, (of…
