How do you view the aging process? Do you view being tired and having body aches and pains as something that is just inevitable? Do you think people should start slowing down once they reach middle-age? Do you think becoming elderly means becoming sedentary? Many people are surprised to learn that the decline in health and stamina that can begin to rear its head around middle age is not just a result of the normal aging process. How to Make Fitness and Exercise Resolutions That Work
It’s very exciting to sit down and plan out exercise goals, especially around milestones such as a birthday or the New Year. Exercise resolutions are made with good intentions and most of us try hard the first week or so to live up to our vows. Unfortunately, a day or two may pass when we are too busy or too tired to keep up the routine. When this happens, it is easy to fall off of the exercise wagon – and it’s even easier to stay off the wagon and not get back on!

Effective Cardio Exercises that Burn the Most Calories
Whether you’re looking to fulfil your weight loss goals, or simply stay in shape, cardio is a great form of exercise in that it works every part of the body for an all-inclusive workout. Not to mention the fact that there are numerous health benefits that come with a regularly scheduled cardio routine. To obtain the best results, an aerobic exercise session involves a warming up period to include stretching, followed by at least 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise, and a cooling down period at the end, also to include stretching. Don’t be afraid to combine various types of exercises in to your daily routine. Again, this is when you see the best results.

Hey ladies!
I googled online food diaries and calorie counters but the results were overwhelming. Anyone recommend a good website to keep track of what you eat each day? I eat mostly homemade food (I’m picky and poor!) so I find it hard to use online food diaries since I usually end up having to break my meal down into individual ingredients and amounts in order to figure out the calories. That gets tedious! -

anxiety disorders
Hey all,
I have generalized anxiety disorder. I’ve had it all my life and it is really a pain in the butt! I am on medication, but sometimes the anxiety still gets the better of me. I hate that paranoid feeling. The worst part is when other people don’t understand and you can’t explain it to them. I was wondering if there way anyone else out there who suffers from the same thing? It would be nice to have someone else understand what you go through
