    I’m trying to loose weight again. I really need to loose a couple of stone. About 4 years ago I did slimminng world and I lost about 2 and a half stone. I’ve put loads back on again. I signed up all determined, but for some reason I cannot seem to find any enthusiasm this time.

    I check on my progress and I havn’t made any. I’ve been going for 6 weeks now and I should have lost weight, but I havn’t.

    Hi!
    Please give me advice. I have been trying to lose weight.
    I `m working out ,I am not eating bread or sugar from 3 weeks ago .Each one of my meal has protein. The result is – nothing .I am the same weight, my body fat – is the same . Why can’t I lose the weight or at least the body fat? Does anyone have advice for me?

    Here is my story.I am working plus a student plus a wife I dont have time so I cook whatever my hus likes and eat that. Men like those stuffs with lotts of fat right. So imagine me after marriage, its an utter disaster. I feel like a stuffed turkey.....I cant breath at times, I get exhausted very easily and is always tired....It my body trying to say I am not healthy.....I cant do much exercise, I never have time other than in weekends.......is there any way to loose weight, do anyone know a diet that…
