    Ok I know this subject is very touchy but hear me about before reacting lol…

    I am 5’6” and weigh 101 pounds on a good day (remember to read all before getting mad) I have been trying to gain 10 pounds for 4 years and I can’t seem to do it. The most I ever weighed was 106lbs but lost it quickly. I know a lot of women get so furious when I complain about not being able to gain weight, but it’s just as serious!!

    Hey ladies! 

    I googled online food diaries and calorie counters but the results were overwhelming.  Anyone recommend a good website to keep track of what you eat each day?  I eat mostly homemade food (I’m picky and poor!) so I find it hard to use online food diaries since I usually end up having to break my meal down into individual ingredients and amounts in order to figure out the calories.  That gets tedious!

    I went to the doctor with itchy skin, no spots, just itching.Anyway all she could come up with was a wheat allergy!!! So I’m having no bread or anything with wheat in for a couple of weeks. Anyone else tried this? If so I’d appreciate some ideas. Having a boiled egg with no soldiers is awful!!!!!

    No i havent been reading my medical terminology book, this title has been googled!.

    Ever had the feeling, you’re drifting off to sleep at night and all of a sudden it feels like youre falling, with me its falling out of bed, but actually youre not (youre still in bed). Your leg jerks and you wake your self up in the process.

    I thought i was the only one who suffered this from time to time, very embarrassing when you share a bed, i get some very funny looks. I thought i was the only one…
