Oh what a shame. I was here when FF started way back in 2008. I know I haven’t been here for a long time..even so..Martin you were so excited about this new forum. Very sad.

A frosty start to the day today. Nice and bright and sunny though.
The fireworks have been mad. So loud. Sound like bombs going off. Scared my cats,rabbits and gerbils.
Anyone started Christmas shopping yet? I have. Got loads. Love Christmas

this couple were jailed for making false claims for sickness on holiday. If they had succeeded,they would have got about £20,000 ! So many people try this kind of thing, and they always get caught out. Serves them right

Morning ladies.
A gloomy start to the day,but we are getting an Indian summer over the next few days…a late blast of heat! Lovely.
My daughter arrived safely in Venice yesterday. Her and her bf are going to visit a Damien Hurst exhibition. Not my cup of tea but they like that kind of thing.

Has anyone ever wanted to be an author? I have always wanted too, even started a creative writing course once,but, as usual,life gets in the way,other things take priority and it gets forgotten.
I have lots of outlines for stories written down on scraps of paper, kept in a folder,but that’s as far as I’ve got.
